There are many reasons to hire an in-home personal trainer and one of the biggest is convenience. In a one-on-one in-home personal training session, your trainer will come to your home or office for your session. We will use equipment brought by ForceFitness or your own equipment. Each training session lasts one hour, and depending on your needs may be all workout time, or a combination of workout, functional training, nutrition, and/or motivational coaching.
1. Results - I know how to push your body to give you the results that you are looking for.
2. Knowledge - It is important forme to teach my clientswhy they are doing a certain exercise,how to hold the correct posture, how to breathe throughout the exercise, and what they should be feeling when they are exercising on their own.
3. Variety - It is important to change up your workouts,and not get into a routine. You must constantly shock the body to get the results you want. I will develop a workout program that is challenging and different from session to session.
4. Intensity - Many people have a decent workout regimen and know what exercises will challenge them, but may notpush themselves through the last twoorthree repetitions. Frankly, we get lazy when we workout alone. I will be there to coach and encourage you through those last few all important reps.
5. Functionality - Fitness goal differ,and so too should your workout regimen. I will develop a fitness plan that is specifically tailored tothe reason that you decided to workout in the first place.
